When requesting the CSR, we need the following

Secure URL (i.e., https://your_domain.com or https://www.your_domain.com):
NOTE: The URL that is secured MUST be exact. If you want to use "www" in
your secured URL, then the certificate MUST be for "https://www.your_name.com"

Business Division (if applicable):
State (spelled out):
City:

Requesting a CSR for your domain - do this by contacting us at: sales@sellersbay.com
We will then provide you with the CSR
When the certificate authority has issued the certificate, please forward us the information
We will then install the certificate
